Nogales High School Senior Project
Each year, we provide opportunities and mentoring for one or more Nogales High School seniors who choose to fulfill their graduation requirement of a Senior Project with the Santa Cruz Humane Society. Past student volunteers have helped care for animals, participated in adoptions and adoption events, and provided support for social media projects.
Community Service
Fulfill your court-mandated service hours at SCHS. You must have no history of drug or alcohol abuse, and no theft convictions.
Board of Directors
Ready to make a significant commitment to the animals of our county? Consider joining our Board of Directors. Each Director commits to a 3-year term, with the following expectations:
- Attend 8-10 board meetings per year
- Participate in and/or attend SCHS events
- Volunteer their time one or more of the following areas: animal socializing, advocacy/outreach, fundraising, adoption events, financial management, Red’s Thrift Shop, Web site/social media, or other projects.
